


Classical Hatha Immersion - Delayed
There are 8 Limbs of Yoga and through understanding and practice, we can attain the highest state of awareness.
In the western world many of us have become so busy and distracted that we tend to try to condense activities into the shortest possible timing. But historically, Classical Hatha Yoga classes have always been 90-120 mins at a minimum, so that the session provides enough time and structure to support the student’s growth, depth and knowledge into all of the 8 limbs of yoga. Therefore.providing infinite benefits over time.
In these regular monthly immersions expect a good balance of pranayama, asana, relaxation, meditation, philosophy and mantra (kirtan).
