In this monthly intensive, expect the best of both worlds wrapped up in one session. The focus will be on creating opportunities for you to gain more depth as you are guided through a dynamic Hatha (Yang) practice and a nourishing and passive Yin practice that releases physical and emotional tension and improves joint heath.
Yin Yang offers a holistic approach to health and well-being by promoting strength and mobility resulting in increased physical and mental harmony. This is particularly suitable to those seeking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall well-being.
Each two hour session will take you on a different journey, as we workshop peak poses within the practice so that you can develop more effective skills and experience over time.
Expect to receive hands on guidance from Liz and achieve an overall sense of resilience and balance in mind and body.
Note: a maximum of 8 students provides personalised assisting and support. Some yoga experience is recommended.
